The origins of Pastificio LIGUORI is the eldest in Italy. It dates back to 1795. Family owned and always produced in Gragnano preserving the flavor and quality of an ancient knowledge.
Pasta Linguori is the result of a careful selection of the finest Italian durum wheat grown in the fields of Puglia, Basilicata and southern Molise. From these grains derives high-protein semolina (min 14%). This allows the pasta to always remain “al dente”.
The pasta was awarded on 11th October 2013, as the first plant in the world, the name Pasta di Gragnano IGP (Protected Geographical Indication).
